Privacy Policy: Customer information will not be stored on this site. It is strictly for customer service use. Innovative Waste Systems will not sell or release personal information to any outside sources. Shipping/Service Policy: When purchasing our monthly service, trash will be collected weekly from the barrels provided. Any extra bags or services will be billed separately. Return Policy: If service for the month has not yet started and the customer cancels the service before the 1st of the next month, a refund will be issued. If service has started for the month, the service for that month must continue before the cancellation can go into effect.
